Youth Ministry

The Youth Department of First Baptist Church offers a variety of educational and ministry oriented opportunities.

On Sunday Morning we offer two Sunday School class: Junior High & Senior High.

On Sunday Evenings, during Evening Worship, the youth boys & girls meet separately with adult leaders to receive instruction and do hands-on activities.

On Wednesday nights, the youth meet as a large group for Bible Study, Worship, and Games.

On a regular basis, the group attends regional youth rallies, schedules fun activities, and hosts area events.

For a number of years, the Youth Department has been very active in summer mission trips.

    2008 – Healy, Alaska
    2007 – Mobile, Alabama
    2006 – Fort Walton, Florida
    2005 – Madisonville, Kentucky
    2004 – Mobile, Alabama
